If you live in a multi-unit apartment building, we'll deliver to your front door whenever possible. If your building is restricting access to non-residents, the logistics team will deliver to the closest point to your home that they're safely able to.

A POD is not simply a receipt of delivery, but an acknowledgment that the goods arrived intact. All too often, PODs are signed without inspecting your delivery.
We advise confirming that the shipment was intended for you, that the entire order has been delivered, and that it was delivered undamaged.
Anything not indicated on this form before signature will result in Castlery being unable to authorize any damage claims after your driver has left.

If you purchase the White Glove Service: Please wait until all items have been unpacked and there is no visible damage to the items, before signing off on POD.
If there is serious damage to a carton point it out to the delivery driver.
If there is damage: Please take photos of the damage and cartons.
Please indicate any property damage caused by delivery on the POD. We will need to photographs and video footage of the damage occurring to document the damage.
After you've gone through your entire shipment and documented any issues, you may obtain the driver's signature or initials next to your notes about the damaged items on the POD.

1000% worth the sale price. We moved into a duplex with an open plan between the kitchen and and dining room. Without the island there was zero storage space in the kitchen and the room felt extremely small. The island added ampule storage and an option for seating so we can entertain. Definitely takes about 2 hours to put together and two people are needed, but it feels sturdy. The only downside is there are no handles on the cabinets, but that was easily fixable with some stick on ones. I highly recommend
This counter is absolutely gorgeous. The doors are actually double sided, and it fits PERFECTLY with our new home. The counter space to chop vegetables and still sit to eat is perfect for our family.

Look great and can be used as a table. Lots of storage, no handles on the cupboards so not as easy to pull open but does make it look more modern. Assembly did take a few hours and you need at least 2 people to put on the top. Would recommend!

Was doubting my choice but then when i got it and put it together , I loved it!! People compliment on it all the time. I made some changes to it by adding nice bamboo panels on the side, to get the look i wanted. Very happy with the choice.

This island was a bit challenging to put together and you definitely need two people and at least one with some strength especially when it comes to piecing together the countertop. Tips: Make sure double headed screw is sticking out visibly at both ends of the open holes, then line up the silver screw afterwards and drop in and you both screw simultaneously to lock in place. Make sure the little slits in gold cylinder bolt in parallel to the gold screw and once you can see head of screw through the hole of the bolt tighten the pyramid detachable head piece of bolt. I customized mine by replacing one side with a perfect fit of the Newair 15 in. Built-in Dual Zone 9 Bottle and 48 Can Wine and Beverage Fridge. I was able to attach the end piece for esthetics although it is bolted with a few screws the bottom of board can easily shift. This island will be well used and turned out perfect for my needs. I’ll be able to have more prep space, great place to socialize, fold laundry, etc. I couldn’t fit my champagne glasses but could have removed a shelf to make it work if I wanted to.
I looooove this table. It has amazing storage, it’s very good quality. Arrived well packaged and fast. I first thought I will paint the top white because my house is black and white but I am not going to do that. I just love the way it looks and it goes well with my black and white.
I was afraid the island might look cheap but that was not the case. I love it, my son put it together in 3hrs, there is plenty of storage, just waiting for my stools which I order after the island was together. Delivery was fast, it was here in a couple days. Very pleased with everything.
