A POD is not simply a receipt of delivery, but an acknowledgment that the goods arrived intact. All too often, PODs are signed without inspecting your delivery.
We advise confirming that the shipment was intended for you, that the entire order has been delivered, and that it was delivered undamaged.
Anything not indicated on this form before signature will result in Castlery being unable to authorize any damage claims after your driver has left.
Please follow this checklist we have created for you to follow before the Point of Delivery (POD) is signed:
Checklist:
Please check all cartons for visible damage.
Please confirm you have received the correct items as per the POD and the delivery order.
If you purchase the White Glove Service: Please wait until all items have been unpacked and there is no visible damage to the items, before signing off on POD.
If there is serious damage to a carton point it out to the delivery driver.
If there is damage: Please take photos of the damage and cartons.
Please indicate any property damage caused by delivery on the POD. We will need to photographs and video footage of the damage occurring to document the damage.
After you've gone through your entire shipment and documented any issues, you may obtain the driver's signature or initials next to your notes about the damaged items on the POD.
*Please do not dispose cartons until the issue is resolved. -

Cleaning up after your dogs gets a lot easier with this crate. A removable slide-out tray catches fur, dust and the occasional mess, so you just pull it out and sweep it clean. Around it, a 180 cm (70.9") furniture-style cabinet made with sturdy steel and P2-grade particleboard panels gives your dogs a secure den, in a sleek white finish that blends with your décor.
Inside, a divider switches between one spacious room and two compartments, so each dog can have its own space. Two front doors with latch locks keep them safely in, while the steel bars let them sit in the front row and watch the bustle of the family. The top is ready to be a TV stand, a display stand or a plant stand. Please note it isn't chew-proof and is meant for crate-trained dogs.
Why it works
- Slide-out tray: quick, hassle-free cleanup of hair and dust.
- Flexible room setup: one room or two with the divider.
- Secure and stable: a steel-reinforced frame, steel bars and 2 door locks.
- Furniture-style top: TV stand, display stand or plant stand.
- Easy assembly: detailed instructions and labeled parts. Measure your dog carefully before ordering, and our team is happy to help with any questions.

Can two dogs use it at the same time?
Yes. With the divider in, each dog has its own compartment and its own latching front door.
Is the crate chew-proof?
No. It isn't chew-resistant, so it's meant for dogs that are already crate-trained.
What can I put on top?
A TV, décor or plants. The flat top works as a TV stand, a display stand or a plant stand.
How tall are the doors?
25.4" high. There are two front doors, each with its own latch lock, so neither dog can wander off.
